"It's a String Thing" #162

It's Tuesday, your good news day!

This string was inspired by the creator of two tangles on our list this week, Molly Hollibaugh, CZT ~
IAST#162 String by Adele Bruno, CZT
The tangles include:

Ing   by Molly Hollibaugh, CZT
This is Ing's debut here at IAST.

Hollibaugh also by Molly Hollibaugh, CZT
It will be fun to use another of Molly's tangles, especially one most of us learned in our first experience with Zentangle®.

Bubbles by Suzanne McNeill, CZT

Simply pencil the string line onto your tile and tangle away! Keep in mind that string lines are suggestions and let the patterns lead the way.

  1. Can other tangles be used besides the ones named to be included? This is my first time doing your challenge and I really like being given a string to work with. I feel like all my strings are pretty much the same over and over! This will help me break out of that.

    1. Welcome!!
Generally, tanglers stick to the suggested tangles - you can use as many or as few as you prefer.
There are benefits to learning and using a few patterns at a time and really getting to know them.
